I’m Diana, founder of We Are Cygnus. I help organisations become resilient ecosystems where people thrive, purpose shapes strategy, and success goes beyond profit.
My work extends across cultures and sectors – from indigenous communities to leadership teams – supporting transformation with two central goals: enabling people to create meaningful impact, and helping organisations see that contributing to a better world is both a responsibility and a strategic advantage.
I believe our greatest challenges lie in how we relate to work and nature. Organisations that care for their wider ecosystem remain relevant, resilient, and successful.
My focus is simple: reconnect people with meaningful work, organisations with their communities, and business with the natural world. Through The Resets©, I help organisations make progress on things that matter, bringing the right people together to think differently, find direction and move forward.

JAVIER ROMERO
I’m Javier: an organisational change specialist who delivers results whilst championing the needs of people, society, and planet.
Harvard-educated in social anthropology, with nearly 30 years across private, public, and third sectors, I help organisations navigate change across operating models, organisational structure, systems, AI, culture, and people development. My approach is globally minded and grounded in pragmatic project management.
I know change is hard, practically and emotionally. My focus is helping clients get through it – and making it count.

I’m Nicole. I’ve built my reputation on understanding the human dynamics that drive organisational success.
I have multilingual and cross-cultural expertise, plus over 20 years of experience in facilitating high performing teams to achieve long-term competitive edge. I create safe environments where people can examine what holds them back and discover their potential for high performance.
My approach to leadership development enables the teams I work with to implement their learnings immediately and sustain the changes in behaviour.
